Mohammed Al Maazmi is Head of Collections and Customer Service at Amlak Finance PJSC.
He has held this role since September 2016, and is responsible for Collections and Customer Service functions at Amlak.
Al Maazmi’s primary responsibilities are to establish effective recovery strategies and tactics to support Amlak’s business objectives. He also develops systematic plans to proactively identify risky segments and potential defaults.
In addition, he also has the primary objective of driving the vision for enhancements and consistency in customer support standards, and is responsible for overall performance of the Customer Service department.
AlMaazmi has more than 20 years of management experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American International University, Dubai.
