Harsh Sood is the Head of Human Resources, Vendor Management, Administration, Corporate Communications & IT at Amlak Finance PJSC.
He has held this role since March 2023, and is primarily responsible for implementing HR strategies and programs that are aligned with corporate objectives.
Harsh has over 30 years of experience and has served in senior positions across industries viz. Banking, Financial Services, Aviation, Telecom, FMCG, Automotive and Oil (Lubricants).
Until recently he was engaged with General Civil Aviation Authority (Federal Authority) and has previously worked with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as Head – HR Projects and with Union National Bank (UNB) Group as SVP & Head of HR and Centre of Excellence.
In addition, he is a certified senior assessor / team leader for the Dubai Quality Award (DQA) and the erstwhile Dubai Human Development Award (DHDA).
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
