Lama Takieddin is the Head of Corporate Governance and Company Secretary of Amlak Finance PJSC.
She has held this role since February 2020, and is responsible for the Corporate Governance function at Amlak.
Lama plays a lead role in ensuring sound governance culture within the company and compliance with applicable corporate governance requirements and regulations.
She has over 20 years of experience, and has previously served in senior roles in Sharia and Compliance functions.
Lama holds a Bachelor of Law from Saint Joseph University Dubai and Bachelor of Economics from Damascus University. She is also a certified company secretary by the Hawkamah Institute.
