Relief Measure During COVID-19
Amid ongoing concerns about COVID‐19, Amlak Finance is closely monitoring the situation and has taken a number of measures for the health, safety and well-being of our valued customers.
If you are financially impacted by COVID – 19, please contact our Customer Service team on customerservice@amlakfinance.com or Call Center at 800 – AMLAK to request a payment deferment* up to 6 months.

To assist you, please take note of the documents required, as outlined below.
1. Salaried individuals:
a. COVID – 19 Deferment Request.
b. Identity documents – Latest Passport, Residence visa & Emirates ID card copy.
c.Property occupancy status:
i. If rented, provide latest Ejari & Tenancy Contract copies.
ii. If self-occupied / vacant, provide latest Dewa Bill copy.
d. Latest three months bank statements.
e. Documentary evidence of COVID – 19 Impact on income – Termination letter, Salary reduction letter, other documentation in support of customer request.
2. Self-Employed individuals:
a. COVID – 19 Deferment Request.
b. Identity documents – Latest Passport, Residence visa & Emirates ID card copy.
c. Property occupancy status:
i. If rented, provide latest Ejari & Tenancy Contract copies.
ii. If self-occupied / vacant, provide latest Dewa Bill copy.
d. Latest three months personal bank statements.
e. Latest three months business bank statements.
f. Business documents:
i. Valid trade License.
ii. Latest Memorandum and Articles of Association.
iii. Last two years audited financial statement.
g. Documentary evidence of COVID – 19 Impact on income.
