From the time you provide the completed application and passport to the relationship manager in the branch

Does the one hour service guarantee an offer letter of the finance application?
The one hour service does not guarantee that an offer letter for the finance application as it is a decision to approve the application within one hour.

What is the cut off time for submission of applications under the one hour service?
It is valid during branch working hours.

Is this one hour service a time limited service?
This is an on-going service offered exclusively by Amlak.

What happens after the approval?
Upon accepting the approval letter you pay an agreement fee of AED 6,000 for residents and AED 10,000 for non-residents which are non-refundable in addition provide the required documents for the application to be analyzed by credit. Your prompt provision of the required documents will lead to expediting your application and we will get back to you as soon as we can about your offer letter.
