The Human Resources team in Amlak Finance is both multi-cultural and diverse in its activities. The unit consists of two key support departments, Human Resources and Training & Development. The team is young and dynamic and multi skilled so as to meet the needs of the rapidly growing company which it supports.

Emiratization
Amlak Finance has an Emiratization programme and a dedicated team who actively promotes Amlak by working very closely with the Careers offices at the Higher Colleges of Technology, The Sheikh Zayed University and The Amercian universities in both Dubai and Sharjah. Amlak also has close association with the Emirates Institute of Bankers in Sharjah and is sending many employees on banking and finance training programmes.
