For all customers

• Duly completed application signed by the customer
• Copy of the National ID (Egyptians) or passport (Non-Egyptians)
• For Egyptians residing outside Egypt: a valid residence visa (outside Egypt)
• For Non-Egyptians residing in Egypt: a valid Egyptian residence visa

For salaried customers

• HR Letter
• Last six month bank statement

For self-employed customers

• Commercial register
• Tax card
• Business founding contract / Company journal
• Contract of ownership or rent for business premises
• Last 3 Balance sheets / Certificate from a public accountant for the past 3 years income
• Bank account statement for the past 6 months

Property Documents (to be provided by developer)

• Copy of ownership statement/land allocation letter & land acceptance letter
• Building license
• Copy of construction designs

For the allocated lands, the following document should be provided

• Letter from the governmental authorities describing the financial & property position or settlement letter incase of the full settlement.
• Acceptance letter from the governmental authorities to mortgage the building/forfeit the allocation to Amlak's benefit

Contractor Documents

• Quotation from the contractor include schedule for the construction phases
• Certificate from a certified consultant from New Urban Planning Authority to assure the building safety constructing
• Copy of the Contractor's Documents (Tax ID – Commercial Register - …)
