For salaried customers

• HR Letter
• Last six month bank statement

For self-employed customers

• Commercial register
• Tax card
• Business founding contract / Company journal
• Contract of ownership or rent for business premises
• Last 3 Balance sheets / Certificate from a public accountant for the past 3 years income
• Bank account statement for the past 6 months

Property Documents (to be provided by developer)

• Construction designs
• registered contract of the property OR
• Property title
• Building License
• Form no. 19 "Tasarofat Aakareya" showing the ownership history of the property

Contractor Documents

• Quotation from the contractor including schedule for the finishing or improvement phases
• Certificate from a certified consultant from the New Urban Planning Authority to assure the safety of the building construction
• Copy of the Contractor's Documents (Tax ID – Commercial Register)
