Position Information

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Corporate Management Reporting and Treasury

Reports to: Manager - Corporate Management Reporting and Treasury

Department: Corporate Management Reporting and Treasury

Business Unit: Treasury

Job Purpose

To carry out various activities related to Corporate Management Reporting and Treasury department which includes Management Reporting, Restructuring Compliance etc.


Budgetary Control:  No

Number of Direct Reports: None

External Interfaces: Banks, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Federal Auditors and Sharia Auditors

Internal Interfaces: All departments, subsidiaries applicable

Key acountabilities/ Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Banks for day to day treasury activities
  • Prepare cash flow analysis on weekly and monthly basis
  • Responsible for the day‐ to‐day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas
  • Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
  • Develop and maintain various financial models and business plans for strategy planning
  • Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other ad-hoc exhibits
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate analysis of the departmental performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision‐making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Professional Certification in Chartered Accountancy is desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in United Arab Emirates
